We had a small change in the weather and temperatures over the last couple of weeks.

-28°C Current: Clear Wind: E at 6 km/h Humidity: 58%

There were two days where the high was above freezing and when it dropped again, all the light fluffy snow turned hard and icy. So now when it snows and you have to shovel, it makes a scrapping sound instead of a nice swoosh.

Walking is a problem for some people now that the ice is covered with a blanket of snow. One can’t see where not to step.
We committed ourselves yesterday, to change how we handle snow in the future. We purchased a RV travel trailer. Now we can leave the snow and cold behind by heading south to warmer destinations.

It will be an adventure that we are looking forward to.
